2. Submit your $500 USD non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot

This deposit will be applied toward your total retreat investment. Payment plans are available upon request. The remaining balance is due in September, with all final payments submitted by December 13th, 2025.

Thank you for your commitment to this sacred journey. We are so honored to welcome you to our upcoming 8-day retreat, EMBODIED BLISS, held on the sacred shores of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala.

This immersive retreat will be held:

January 13–20, 2026

• Arrival: Monday, January 13th between 3–5 PM (before dinner)

• Departure: Monday, January 20th after breakfast

✨ Retreat Contribution Details

Your investment includes all retreat transmissions, guided facilitation, accommodations, and three wholesome, organic vegetarian meals daily. Please note that travel to and from the retreat venue is not included.

Retreat Venue:

Our retreat takes place at a stunning eco-lodge overlooking Lake Atitlán, surrounded by lush gardens and sacred volcanoes. The venue is accessible via shuttle and boat from Guatemala City or Antigua.

We will help coordinate group shuttles (at an additional fee) from the airport and nearby towns. Detailed transportation logistics, including pick-up times and locations, will be shared closer to the retreat.

We recommend international travelers arrive in Guatemala 1–2 days early and depart 1–2 days after the retreat to allow time for rest, travel ease, and integration. This sacred land holds deep indigenous wisdom and beauty for those who wish to explore.

🛏️ Accommodations (16 total spaces)

1. Shared Room Single Bed in a room that sleeps 4 (8 spaces available).

2. Private Room Full Bed (1 space available)

3. Private Room Queen Bed (1 space available)

4. Premium Private Guest House King Bed at Casa Blanca (1 space available)

5. Premium Private Guest House Queen Bed at Casa Tierra (1 space available)

All prices listed are per person.

At this time, all rooms are shared, with 2–3 beds per room and shared bathrooms. Private rooms may become available depending on registration. You’re welcome to add your name to the private room waitlist in your registration form.

The property offers a range of beautiful communal spaces for movement, rest, and reflection.

🥗 Catering

We will serve three nourishing meals per day, lovingly prepared with local ingredients. We accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan diets with advance notice.

💸 Payment Details

To secure your space, please submit a $500 USD non-refundable registration fee along with your completed registration form. This deposit goes toward your total retreat investment.

The remaining balance is due by December 13th, 2025. Payment plans are available upon request.

Your non-refundable registration deposit secures your space in the retreat. After registering, Lara and Lily will connect with you via phone or email to finalize your payment plan or remaining balance.

All final payments are due no later than December 13th, 2025, one month before the retreat begins.

By submitting this registration form below, you agree to the Embodied Bliss Retreat Agreements:

• I understand that I will receive from this retreat what I am willing to put into it.

• I take full responsibility for my own healing, growth, and participation throughout the retreat.

• I am committed to caring for myself and will seek outside support if emotional or psychological needs arise beyond the scope of the retreat.

• I honor the intimacy and confidentiality of this shared container and agree not to publicly share personal stories or experiences of other participants.

• I understand that Lara and Lily are not licensed therapists, and that they are facilitators and guides for embodiment, relational practice, and personal exploration.

• I am committed to completing my full financial investment in the retreat.

• I understand that my registration deposit is non-refundable and that all retreat payments are non-refundable once submitted.
