RELATIONSHIP AS EMBODIED ART
3 Month Cohort for Conscious Relationship
For couples devoted to growing in love together.

Our 3-month cohort journey is for couples devoted to learning to love each other better and willing to practice together in service of this devotion.
Vision
Two core premises inspire the vision for this cohort:
1) relationship as a vehicle for healing and awakening, and
2) group consciousness as medicine—the recognition that coming together as a group of couples has a uniquely potent capacity to inspire, illuminate, and transform.
Guided by this foundational vision, we intend to balance structure and emergence—offering a clear framework for the cohort while leaving space for what feels most alive and relevant for the couples who gather as our journey together unfolds.

Core Pillars
Relationship as Embodied Art is grounded in several core pillars that we’ll weave through each of our gatherings:
-
Relationship as a Vehicle for Awakening — partnership as a path of transformation while learning to see ourselves and one another as multidimensional beings.
-
Group Consciousness as Medicine - expanding awareness through the wisdom of the collective.
-
The Body as a Portal to Presence - returning to embodied awareness as the foundation for intimacy.
-
The Power of Slowing Down - creating the conditions for insight, choice, and connection.
-
Sovereignty and Devotion - cultivating autonomy and togetherness in balance.
-
Authentic and Loving Communication - meeting one another with honesty, curiosity, and care.
Flow & Curriculum
To help guide our shared exploration, we'll offer a light curriculum that supports the embodied relational process at the heart of this cohort.
Each gathering will combine embodied relating practices with group dialogue and process. Drawing from our experience facilitating authentic relating, authentic movement & dance, partner yoga, and men's and women's groups, Lara and Anthony’s roles are to create the conditions for deepening presence, connection, insight, and transformation.
While we'll bring a clear structure, we also intend to listen closely to the group and allow the curriculum to evolve in response to what is most alive and relevant. Here is the tentative curriculum:
-
Week 1: Presence, Mindfulness, and Co-Regulation
-
Week 2: Attention, Power, and Desire
-
Week 3: The Dance of Space and Closeness: Attachment, Abandonment, and Engulfment
-
Week 4: The Past in the Present: Inner Child, Memory, and Projection
-
Week 5: An Emergent Theme Guided by the Group
-
Week 6: Integration, Ritual, and Prayer for Relationship
While each couple's journey will be unique, we hope participants complete the cohort with greater awareness, deeper and more consistent presence, a richer understanding of their relational patterns, and new ways of meeting themselves and one another with honesty, curiosity, and love.
We'd love to know: What feels most alive, important, and/or challenging in your relationship right now, and what would you hope to receive from a cohort like this?
