About the event

As winter blankets the world in quiet stillness, our Yin Yoga series invites you to turn inward, cultivating the art of introspection and deep restoration. Rooted in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) principles, this series aligns with the essence of winter, a season associated with the Water element, representing the deep reservoirs of our energy.
