About the event
Join Lara Christine for a special partner yoga workshop to cultivate embodied connection, intimacy, and joy.
Through shared movement + breath, and partner yoga poses and practices, you will explore how simple and powerful tools can liberate your connection, deepen your bond, and inspire deeper trust and communication. Expect a balance of lighthearted fun and meaningful connection with your loved one as you support each other in poses, engage in healing touch, therapeutic partner poses, and practice being present together. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this workshop will invite you to breathe, slow down, move, and grow together.
When: Saturday, May 10th 3-5pm Investment: $75 per couple (one registration per couple, please)
