This Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra Reset is the ideal practice to help you unwind from the busyness of life and transition from the weekend into the week with clarity, calm, and presence.
We’ll begin with Restorative Yoga, using supportive props to hold simple poses for several minutes at a time. These restful shapes allow the body to release tension, settle the nervous system, and invite deep relaxation.
From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a powerful meditative practice often described as conscious rest. While the body lies comfortably in stillness, the mind is guided through a journey of awareness that can help restore energy, reduce stress, and cultivate profound inner peace.
