ILLUMINATE TRANSFORMATION
AND RESTORE BALANCE
Holistic Alignment & Relational Artistry

Dear Community,
I hope this season is offering you both the expansive energy of summer and moments of quiet restoration.
Lately, I've been reflecting on the work I feel called to offer in this lifetime. While that understanding continues to evolve, one thing has become increasingly clear: I am devoted to the art of relationship. Not only our relationships with one another, but also the relationship we cultivate with ourselves, our communities, and the living world around us.
As an artist, I have always believed that creating is an offering—to the divine, to beauty, and to life itself. Whether through yoga, music, movement, or teaching, I see each practice as an expression of that offering. More and more, I have come to believe that our relationships are works of art as well. They are not something we simply find; they are something we consciously create through presence, practice, courage, and love.
This season's offerings are an invitation into that practice—from deepening your relationship with yourself through yoga and bodywork, to exploring embodied connection with a partner, to committing to the ongoing art of growing in relationships and in community.
I look forward to connecting with you soon.
With love,
Lara Christine

WHAT CRANIAL SOMATICS IS TEACHING ME ABOUT LISTENING

Over the past year, I have had the privilege of studying Cranial Somatics with my teacher, Kiefer. I still consider myself very much a beginner, an enthusiastic and humble student learning a language that the body has always spoken.

PRACTICE WITH ANOTHER

Body Love is an invitation into embodied intimacy—a space for you and your beloved to slow down, soften, and rediscover the profound intelligence of presence. In a culture that encourages us to rush or perform, this workshop offers a different path: treating presence itself as an expression of love.

Location: All Purpose Yoga | Boulder, CO
GROW TOGETHER IN COMMUNITY

My amazing partner Anthony and I are excited to share something we've been dreaming into for quite some time: Relationship as Embodied Art—a 3-month experiential cohort for couples devoted to growing in love together.
We've noticed there are many beautiful spaces for individuals to gather, grow, and heal in community, yet relatively few where couples can intentionally practice relationship alongside other couples. Inspired by this, and by our own devotion to the art of relationship, we're creating a space where couples can deepen through shared presence, witnessing, and reflection.
The cohort includes:
Six gatherings over three months.
Two cohort formats: in person in North Boulder or online via Zoom.
An intimate group with limited enrollment to foster depth and connection.
The ethos of this cohort is rooted in three core principles:
Embodied presence is a doorway into intimacy.
Relational learning is amplified in community.
Relationship is a catalyst for growth and awakening.
