Have you asked yourself: What do I really want? Not just superficially, but at the deepest level of your being? Knowing what you want—and truly allowing yourself to feel it—is the first step toward bringing it into your life.
Define Your Desire
Desire is not just a fleeting wish or passing thought. Desire is a vibration of your soul, a signal from your higher self pointing toward what will nourish you, expand you, and bring you joy. What do you want to manifest right now? Take a moment to feel it deeply. Let it rise in your body. Let it make you excited, alive, and open.
Here is one approach I’ve been using to support me in working with knowing and owning my desires:
Yin Attention: Listening Within
The first part of the process is yin—attention in. This is the quiet, reflective, receptive state where you turn toward yourself and your inner wisdom. Meditation, journaling, or guided self-hypnosis can help you connect with your higher self and clarify your desires.
By tuning inward, you allow yourself to receive the nourishment of knowing exactly what you want, without resistance or judgment.
Yang Attention: Taking Aligned Action
Once you have clarity, you shift to yang—attention out. This is the energy of action, movement, and manifestation. Yang energy allows you to take inspired, aligned steps toward your desires. It’s not about forcing outcomes; it’s about trusting your intuition and moving in harmony with your vision.
Becoming Vibrationally Aligned
Manifestation happens when yin and yang work together. When your inner clarity (yin) meets your aligned action (yang), you become vibrationally aligned with your desires. This alignment amplifies the law of attraction: what you focus on, feel, and act upon is drawn toward you.
Step Into Receiving
It’s not just about asking—it’s about opening yourself to receive. When you allow yourself to fully feel your desire, imagine it, and act in alignment with it, you create a magnetic pull that draws it into your reality.

Take a few minutes today to tune inward, define your desire, and imagine yourself living it fully. The universe responds to clarity, intention, and alignment—so step into the vibration of what you want, and watch it unfold.

Morning: 2 minutes asking “What do I want?”
Midday: 5 minutes imagining it fully.
Evening: Write one aligned action you took toward it.
By practicing this yin + yang approach, you don’t just wish for your desires—you become the vibration that draws them to you.
